I found it somewhat odd, I'll admit. Since he's become a UN Special Deputy Envoy, not too surprisingly, his tone and emphases (particularly what he
doesn't
talk about) seem to have changed from what they were even a few years ago.
So I'll also link to a very different interview about Haiti, from
Democracy Now!
